ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP
Join for a year. Stay in control.
- Renewal
- The selected level is billed once per year and renews annually unless cancelled before the next billing date. Stripe shows the total before payment and the next renewal date in your billing account.
- Cancellation
- Members can stop the next renewal through Manage billing in their account. The membership and included benefits continue through the already-paid term, then end. Cancelling does not create another charge.
- Refunds
- Request a full refund within 14 days of an initial or renewal charge. After that, no partial-year refund is offered unless required by law or RMFACC made a billing error. A refund ends access for the refunded term.
- Unsuccessful renewal
- No new term is treated as paid until payment is confirmed. RMFACC will explain how to update the payment method; member-only access must not be granted from an unpaid invoice.
