Business attire stayed at the office and aprons went on as members and guests of the French-American Chamber of Commerce traded the boardroom for the kitchen at Classic Cooking Academy in Scottsdale.
A Six-Course Lesson in French Tradition
Under Chef Pascal Dionot’s guidance, the group prepared a full six-course French meal from start to finish. Beyond the food, the evening gave business professionals a chance to build new connections over shared cutting boards, knife skills, and a shared appreciation for French cuisine.
