This RMFACC Member Spotlight introduces Bibamba Artisan Chocolate, an award-winning, family-owned chocolatier based in Denver and a member of the French-American Chamber of Commerce Rocky Mountain chapter.
Founders Patrick and Mara Tcheunou source single-origin cacao from their family farm in Cameroon and handcraft bars, bon bons, and truffles in small batches at their factory inside Edgewater Public Market. The farm-to-bar model gives Bibamba close control over quality and ethics from cacao pod to finished gift box.
Bibamba has earned three Good Food Awards, a Slow Food Snail of Approval, and Westword’s Denver’s Best Chocolatier recognition in 2026. Its collection includes dark, milk, and white chocolate bon bons, truffles, sea-salt caramels, chocolate barks, and curated gifts, with several dietary options available.
For RMFACC, Bibamba illustrates the entrepreneurial and cross-cultural connection the Chamber celebrates: a Cameroonian family farm meeting Colorado craftsmanship, built on transparency and care.
