B-1 visa: This visa is for foreign nationals coming to the United States for business purposes, such as attending business meetings, negotiating contracts, or participating in conferences or trade shows. However, it does not allow the applicant to engage in productive employment in the United States.

E-1 and E-2 visas: These visas are for foreign nationals who are coming to the United States to engage in trade or investment activities. The E-1 visa is for treaty traders, while the E-2 visa is for treaty investors. To qualify for either visa, the applicant must be a citizen of a country that has a qualifying treaty with the United States.

L-1 visa: This visa is for foreign workers who are being transferred to the United States by their employer. It is typically used by multinational corporations to transfer managers, executives, and specialized knowledge employees to their U.S. offices.

H-1B visa: This visa is for foreign workers in specialty occupations, such as engineers, doctors, and programmers. To qualify for an H-1B visa, the job must require at least a bachelor's degree or its equivalent, and the applicant must have the necessary qualifications and experience.

O visa: This visa is for foreign nationals with extraordinary ability in the sciences, arts, education, business, or athletics. To qualify for an O visa, the applicant must be able to demonstrate sustained national or international acclaim in their field.
