Candice has amassed over 20 years of international experience in enterprise software consulting, successfully turning around complex and high-risk initiatives for large organizations.
Since 2012, she has been dedicated to coaching top-level executives, specializing in Strategic Thinking, Executive Presence, and Performance. Throughout her journey, she has developed a keen fascination with Neuroscience and its profound influence on leadership behavior and productivity, which has been a recent focal point in her professional growth.
Accredited by the International Coaching Federation and holding a certification in Neuroscience for Business from MIT, Candice currently also serves as the co-CEO of the Arizona Trauma Institute and founder of the Neuro-Informed Leadership Academy.
Candice's commitment to trauma-informed care originated during her tenure at Mesa United Way, where she initially spearheaded a program (Foster360) providing housing and support to young adults aging out of foster care.
This transformative experience has become a guiding force in her coaching practice, as she actively incorporates its principles into her work, striving to make a lasting impact on others.
